I never set out to become a flower farmer. In the beginning, the idea wasn't even on my radar. But life has a beautiful way of surprising us. What started as a simple desire to spend more time outdoors quickly grew into something much deeper. The place I feel most alive, most grounded, and most like myself is with my hands in the dirt, surrounded by growing things.
Caring for the soil, planting seeds, and watching flowers bloom has become more than just a job — it's powerful medicine for my mental health and a source of genuine joy. There's something deeply fulfilling about nurturing life from the very beginning.
None of this would be possible without my wonderful husband, who is always by my side — helping prep the fields, building beds, and tackling the heavy lifting that comes with turning raw land into a thriving flower farm. Once & Flor'al is my baby, and I pour my whole heart into every stem I grow.

He takes his responsibilities seriously: supervising every harvest, greeting every single visitor, and ensuring no dahlia goes uninspected. He is, objectively, perfect.
