Our Commitment

At Once & Flor'al, we take great care in growing, harvesting, and packing every order. Because we work with living, perishable products, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of what we grow. We appreciate your understanding and always aim to be fair.

Dahlia Tubers

All tuber sales are final once orders have shipped or been picked up. Tubers are inspected before leaving the farm, but because growing conditions vary widely, we cannot accept returns based on growing results.

Damaged or Non-Viable Tubers: If you receive tubers that are visibly damaged, rotted, or clearly non-viable at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at onceandfloralfarm@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

We cannot offer refunds for tubers that have been planted and did not sprout, as this can result from many factors outside our control (soil, weather, planting depth, storage conditions).

Cut Flowers

All cut flower sales are final. Because flowers are highly perishable, we cannot accept returns.

Damaged Flowers on Arrival: If your flowers arrive visibly damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them with photos. We will do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement at our next market or a store credit.

Workshops & Events

Cancellations by You: Workshop registrations cancelled more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but your spot may be transferred to another person.

Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or postpone a workshop for any reason (weather, illness, unforeseen circumstances), all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Wedding & Event Florals

Wedding and event floral bookings are subject to the terms outlined in your individual contract. Please refer to your signed agreement for cancellation and refund details specific to your booking.

As a general rule, deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and allow us to plan our growing accordingly.
